- Why is an invoice payment pending?
Your employer more than likely used a bank account or a PayPal account connected to a bank account to pay your invoice. We need to make sure those funds reach out–when they do your invoice will be paid and we’ll let you know. This takes 2-3 business days.
- How do I report a suspicious job?
If you feel a job on our site is suspicious, let us know by reporting it. To report a job, view it, scroll down past the job description and click the “Report” button. If you feel the issue is time-sensitive, contact us directly.

No, creating an account is free. However, you can purchase a membership to get more perks. Learn about our membership levels here.
- Can I downgrade my membership?
We do not have a downgrade option. However, you can safely allow your membership expire and you’ll go back to a free membership. Letting your membership expire will not affect your profile or stats on the site.
- How long will my cash account withdrawal take?
We process all freelancer transfers by Noon ET Monday-Friday. However, depending on what type of account you transfer to it could take up to 5 business days to reach you. Learn more about transfer methods.
