Availability:

I am available 5–6 days a week and typically respond within 12–24 hours. I can handle both short one-time projects and ongoing long-term work.

Delivery Time:

Short documents (up to 500 words) — delivered within 24 hours
Medium documents (500–1500 words) — delivered within 2–3 days
Large documents or multiple files — delivered within 5–7 days
Urgent delivery available upon request


Rates:

$15–$20 per hour (hourly projects)
$20–$30 per document (fixed price, up to 1000 words)
Custom quotes available for large or ongoing projects


Revision Policy:

I offer 2 free revisions on every project. My goal is your complete satisfaction. If something is not right, I will fix it promptly and professionally.

Communication:

I communicate only in English and respond clearly and professionally at every stage of the project. I ask the right questions upfront so there are no surprises at delivery.

Payment Terms:

I work with Guru's SafePay system for full security on both sides. For larger projects I prefer a 50% milestone upfront and 50% on final delivery.
