• Expertise in Architectural designing, creating plans, layouts and managing resources to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters. Right from Information gathering to, concept freeze, to technical drawings by maintaining coordination among MEP and Structural consultants
• Proficient in interfacing with clients on the developments of specifications, details of finishes, developing ideations walk through and implementing design.
• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of construction practices / techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems. Issuance of Technical Drawings
• Using Autodesk Revit Architecture since the last 5 years right from Version 2009 to 2014 now
• All the design is done on Revit Platform , all co ordinations on that platform and helping Project Managers by using Revit, Complete knowledge for Project management using the Information model created by the team.
• Can train the team in Revit
• Exposure to International Standard Design/ Drawings and construction practices.
• Detail oriented & organized with excellent planning, analytical & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent skills in Stakeholder Management and conducting Research and establishing the Business case for the Project and maintain the same till completion.
• Excellent human resource management and Leadership skills.
