I am a UK-based architectural and construction Design Manager with professional experience across architectural design, technical detailing, CAD drafting, 3D modelling, visualisation and construction-stage design coordination.

My background combines architectural design experience with practical knowledge of how buildings are detailed, coordinated and delivered on site. This allows me to offer more than straightforward drafting or modelling — I understand the technical information behind the drawings and how different elements of a design need to work together.

My main software includes AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Adobe Photoshop.

I place a strong emphasis on accurate drawings, clear communication and practical design solutions. Where clients already have established drawing standards, I can work to supplied title blocks, layers, lineweights, fonts and presentation conventions.

Whether you need a single CAD drawing, a detailed SketchUp model, a set of architectural visualisations or a larger coordinated drawing package, I can tailor the level of service to suit the project requirements.

Work Terms

I work remotely and can support both one-off tasks and longer-term project requirements.

Project scope, deliverables, programme and fees should be agreed through Guru before work begins. For fixed-price projects, the required drawings, modelling or visualisation output will be clearly defined prior to commencement.

I am happy to work from PDFs, DWGs, sketches, markups, photographs and other suitable reference information. Clients should provide accurate dimensions, scales and design information wherever these are required for the work.

Revisions are welcomed and will be completed in accordance with the agreed project scope. Additional work or significant changes outside the original brief can be agreed separately through Guru.

Communication is primarily through Guru messaging, with regular progress updates provided where appropriate.

For larger projects, work can be broken into clear stages or milestones so that progress and deliverables remain easy to manage.

Typical availability is evenings and weekends alongside my professional role, although turnaround times will always be agreed before commencing a project.
