Work Terms

Work Terms – Yassin Abd Al Rahman

1. Payment Terms:
I charge hourly or fixed price per project, depending on the scope.
For projects over $500, I require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Payments are processed securely via GuruPay.

2. Project Scope:
Services include AutoCAD drafting (shop and as-built drawings), technical documentation, and coordination support.
Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at $25/hr.
Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.

3. Timeline / Availability:
I typically respond within 24 hours.
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on project complexity.
Flexible schedule for urgent or large-scale projects (to be agreed in advance).

4. Communication:
Preferred communication via Guru messaging.
I provide regular updates to ensure alignment with project requirements.

5. Revisions / Refund Policy:
Up to 3 revisions are included to ensure satisfaction.
Refunds are considered if project requirements are not met or deliverables are not completed as agreed.

6. Confidentiality / Ownership:
All completed work becomes the client’s property upon final payment.
Strict confidentiality is maintained on all project files and sensitive information.
