Work Terms

1. Service Scope & Deliverables
I provide professional services in Manual QA Testing and Data Entry. For QA projects, deliverables include a structured bug report with steps to reproduce, severity assessment, and a performance/usability summary. For Data Entry, deliverables consist of accurately processed data in your specified format (e.g., .xlsx, .csv). Any work outside this defined scope will require a new agreement.

2. Project Commencement
Work will begin only after:

We have a signed agreement or formal offer on Guru.
I have received all necessary project requirements, access credentials, and source materials.
The first milestone or hourly contract is funded and active.

3. Pricing & Billing
Services are billed on an hourly basis at my profile rate. All work is tracked using Guru's Time Tracker for complete transparency. Invoices are submitted weekly or upon milestone completion. Payments are processed according to Guru's standard terms.

4. Revisions Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, my service includes one round of minor revisions on the delivered work. Requests that constitute a significant change in the original project scope will be addressed through a change order and may affect the project timeline and cost.

5. Communication & Availability
Primary communication will be held via the Guru Messenger to ensure all project details are documented. I aim to respond to all messages within one business day.

6. Confidentiality
Your project details and all shared information are treated with strict confidentiality. I adhere to a firm Non-Disclosure policy and am willing to sign a specific NDA upon request before project initiation.

7. Delivery
I commit to meeting all mutually agreed-upon deadlines. Final deliverables and all project assets will be transmitted securely through the Guru platform.
