4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation & execution.
Comprehensive experience in managing project process with Agile – SCRUM and good knowledge of SDLC & its methodologies like Waterfall & Agile.
Good hands-on creating business documents like - technical proposals, BRD, FSD, including wireframes, flowcharts, use case diagrams.
Experience of working in UAT, Pre-sales Activity and Client-engagement.
Writing test cases and conducting Manual Testing as per requirement.
Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify client needs are met.
Providing day to day support to the client during the implementation along with review project reviews and gather feedback from the clients on the change requested.
