Work Terms

Availability: I'm available 25-30 hours/week, Monday-Saturday, and
typically respond within 12-24 hours (PKT, GMT+5). Happy to adjust my
hours to overlap with US/UK time zones for calls or check-ins.
Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, I require 30% upfront before
starting, with the balance due on delivery (or split across milestones
for larger projects). For hourly work, I bill weekly through Guru
SafePay. I don't begin work until scope and payment terms are agreed
in writing.
Communication: I keep all project communication in Guru's WorkRoom for
a clear record, and I proactively update you at key milestones rather
than going quiet until delivery. Every project includes 2 rounds of
revisions; additional changes are billed separately.
