Work Terms

To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, I adhere to the following work terms:

1. Communication & Availability
- I am available for communication primarily through the Guru messaging platform or Emails.
- I respond to all messages within 24 hours (often much sooner).
- My time zone is CET (Central European Time), but I am flexible for scheduled calls with international clients.

2. Payment Terms
- Fixed Price Projects: I require 100% of the milestone to be funded in Guru SafePay before work begins. This protects both parties.
- Hourly Projects: I track time using the Guru time tracker to ensure transparency.

3. Revisions & Deliverables
- Scope: All project requirements must be clearly defined before the contract starts to ensure accurate pricing.
- Revisions: Fixed-price contracts include up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions within the original scope. Significant changes to the project requirements after work has begun will be discussed as a separate milestone.

4. Data Confidentiality
I treat all client financial data with strict confidentiality and am happy to sign an NDA if required.
