Project Execution:

· I work on a fixed-project or milestone-based basis, as outlined in each proposal. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and revisions are defined upfront.
· For ongoing advisory, I offer monthly retainer packages.

Payment Terms:

· All projects utilize Guru's SafePay escrow system for mutual protection.
· For fixed-price projects, I typically structure payments as: 50% to start, 50% upon completion. Milestone breakdowns are project-specific.
· Payment is required before the delivery of final work or access to editable source files (e.g., Excel models, Word docs).
