I am an accomplished Quality Assurance Director with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, specializing in quality management, continuous improvement, and process optimization. Throughout my career at AZE Co., I have held key positions, including Material Quality Control Manager, Head of Production Sector, and currently, Head of Quality Sector. In each role, I’ve driven excellence by ensuring that our products and processes meet stringent international standards, such as ISO 9001-2015 and ASME CODE.

I had the privilege of leading groundbreaking projects, such as managing the production of Egypt’s first locally manufactured armored steel and spearheading the production of the South Korean K9 cannon in Egypt. Additionally, I played a critical role in my company’s contribution to the El Dabaa Nuclear Project, which resulted in securing the prestigious N-STAMP certification.

I have developed and implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) systems, enhanced product quality through Six Sigma and KPIs, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality challenges. My expertise spans quality control, root cause analysis, materials testing, and project management, all geared toward ensuring zero defects and customer satisfaction.
