Michael made things look very simple, though they weren't. He figured out my state tax error, amended the documents, and even participated in a three-way telephone call to get clarification on issues I didn't understand. He's very affordable, too.

Michael reviewed business forms for me, advising me of state law for NH. He filled the forms out for me, for my signature. What was a crisis, was not, and he helped me to understand why I was sent the forms. I thought it related to my LLC, but it did not.
