Work Terms

1. Payment Terms:
o Payment is required upfront or in milestones, depending on the project scope.
o Accepted payment methods: Payoneer, bank transfer, and gift card
o A 50% deposit may be required for large projects before work begins.
2. Revisions:
o I offer 2 rounds of revisions within 4 days of delivery.
o Additional revisions will be charged at $25/revision(price may vary depending on the volume of the project)
3. Delivery Time:
o Delivery timelines depend on the project scope and will be agreed upon before starting.
o Rush projects less than 4days may incur an additional fee.
4. Communication:
o Communication will primarily take place Guru messages
o I aim to respond to messages within 2-4 hours during my working hours.
5. Cancellation Policy:
o If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for the completed portion of the work.
o Deposits for canceled projects are non-refundable.
6. Content Ownership:
o Once full payment is received, the client owns all rights to the delivered content.
o I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds:
o Refunds are not provided for completed work. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
8. Confidentiality:
o All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
