I am a professional Textile Designer with 10+ years experience in this field, specializing in both all over pattern and placement print design for printing on fashion and home textile products.
My experience includes varied freelance textile design projects for t-shirts, dresses, scarves, leggings, socks, rugs, pillows and many more.
I am a Textile Design/Textile Arts graduate and I have achieved a B.A. and M.A. degree in Printed Textiles.
I use my traditional and digital drawing, painting and illustration skills to develop new designs that I edit and put in repeat with computer graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and Inkscape.
My other skills are: color separation and preparing designs for printing, creating designs for screen printing, hand printing on fabric using screen printing, developing colorways, creating repeats, creating vector and raster designs, acrylic painting, watercolor painting.
I have always had an interest in art and design, so creating pattern and print designs is not only my profession, it is firstly my passion. I can bring my creativity, commitment, attention to details and eye for color to your projects.
