This PC support session was short and preliminary, with no major problems in the mix. Aditya provided a good deal of useful information and was effective and pleasant in his communications. He gives every indication of having expertise sufficient to tackle more difficult issues ahead. I definitely plan to call upon him again as my PC support needs progress.
