Full Stack Developer turning legacy desktop systems into modern web applications — C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core & React.

I'm a Full Stack Developer specialized in C#/.NET and React, building complete applications from database design to frontend delivery.

I recently migrated a full driving-license management system (DVLD) from a legacy WinForms desktop application into a modern web application built with React and ASP.NET Core Web API — handling everything from database architecture to secure REST API design with JWT authentication to responsive UI. The system now runs live in production.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Available Sunday–Thursday, flexible hours, typically responsive within a few hours during UAE business hours (GST, UTC+4).

Communication: I prefer clear written communication for requirements and updates through the platform's messaging system, with video calls available for kickoff meetings and complex discussions.

Payment Terms: For hourly projects, I bill through Guru's SafePay system for both parties' protection. For fixed-price projects, I typically request a milestone-based structure (e.g., 50% upfront for projects over $200, remainder on delivery) — negotiable based on project scope.

Revisions: I include reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the final result matches your requirements.
