CAD Landscape Designer/ Graphic Rendering/ Real Estate, Commercial, Residential Site Plan
I am a landscape and urban designer with 17 years experience. In addition to my current job, I have passion to create landscape graphic presentation as a business in making renders.
I have enhanced the effectiveness of my client's design vision and project communications, and creating collateral presentation that works during their projects approval process and marketing materials.
Provides expereince in diversify project types from small space to large scale size of subdivision single family, townhome parcel, model home, multi-family's common spaces, hospitality resort, recreational facilities or small residential projects.
Services can be one or combintation options of the following:
1, Illustrative master site plan or enlargement plan
2, Colored section/elevation to demostrate your development such as landscape buffer, foundation planting, monument signage package or ROW cross section to your projects' municipality
Scope of services include
1. Hardscape Details: trellis, fence, gate,
2. Hardscape design: Pool layout, hardscape patterns, functional space planning, outdoor kitchen, entertainment program,
3. Landscape planting design,
4. Landscape lgithing design concept
5. Graphic presenation Layout: design vision in full size 24x36 imageboard
Work Terms
1. Available via texting and phone call from noon to 1pm or after 5pm in EST.
2. Work progress during evening or weekend hours. In advance cooridnation and communication set up will be need in order to meet your deadline or understand your expectation.
3. Projects deliverable will be in PDF and JPG format only for rendering.
4. All projects require a 50% payment to start. The remaining balance is due on satisfactory completion.
