Work Terms
Scope of Work: All projects begin only after the scope, deliverables, and timeline are clearly discussed and agreed upon within the WorkRoom. Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately before proceeding.
Payment Terms: I work through Guru's SafePay system for secure and transparent payments. For fixed-price projects, milestone-based payment is preferred — an initial milestone before work begins, with the balance released upon delivery. For hourly projects, timesheets will be logged regularly through Guru's Work-Time Tool. No work will commence without an active SafePay agreement in place.
Turnaround Time: Delivery timelines are shared at the start of each project based on its complexity and depend on complete information/documents being provided by the client. Rush deliveries, where feasible, may attract additional charges.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included for drafting and documentation work, provided the original scope and instructions remain unchanged. Requests involving new information, changed facts, or expanded scope will be treated as a fresh assignment.
Confidentiality: All case details, documents, and information shared by the client are treated as strictly confidential and are never disclosed or discussed with any third party.
Communication: All discussions, files, and approvals will be routed through the Guru WorkRoom to keep a clear and traceable project record. I typically respond within 24 hours on working days.
