I am the Chief Legal Officer at Licito Legal Services LLP and a Delhi-based legal professional with hands-on experience in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance advisory for individuals, startups, and small businesses.
I assist clients with clear, practical, and timely legal documentation, including legal notices, replies, agreements, and compliance-related drafting. My work focuses on risk mitigation, enforceability, and alignment with applicable laws.

• Legal notices, letters, replies, and other legal drafting
• Contract review, drafting, and vetting of all types of agreements, including NDAs, employment, service, and commercial agreements
• Assistance with procurement of licences, registrations, and compliance support
• Regulatory advisory and legal consultation
• Litigation support, including drafting, documentation, and backend assistance

Hours of operation- 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM, Payment Terms- As per Assignment, Consultancy charges: INR 499/-,
