Quantity Surveyor- Civil & MEP works
A Project Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator with an excellent working knowledge in pre contract and post contract activities in construction industry with computer skills, Five (5) years’ experience in Sri Lanka, Sultanate of Oman & Dubai, Abu Dhabi- United Arab Emirates. The activities are take off quantities, Project cost estimate, rate analysis, preparing and pricing of tenders, Preparing Sub-Contract agreement for subcontractors, suppliers and labour contractors. Preparing variation proposals, Preparation and certification of Interim bills and payments certificate of vendors in accordance with contract document. Dedicated & enthusiastic, highly motivated, work effectively both as a team member and independently, experienced in problem-solving, effective communication, numeracy and ability to work well. Have familiar in FIDIC, SBD, POMI, CESMM 4 and SMM7.
