Work Terms
Availability: I am available to work remotely on a full-time/part-time basis, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones if needed.
Communication: Regular updates and communication will be maintained through, phone, or preferred collaboration tools, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress.
Payment Terms: Payments are expected to be made in agreed-upon milestones, with an upfront deposit to initiate the project.
Project Scope: All project details, specifications, and requirements must be clearly defined before the commencement of the project. Any changes to the scope may affect timelines and costs.
Revisions: I offer a set number of revisions within the project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Confidentiality: I adhere to strict confidentiality standards and will ensure all data and information shared will be handled with utmost discretion.
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own all rights to the finished work, including intellectual property rights, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination: In the unlikely event of termination, terms will be as mutually agreed upon, taking into consideration work completed and outstanding payments.
Quality Assurance: I commit to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds industry standards, adhering to best practices in full-stack development, project management, and engineering leadership.
Support and Maintenance: Post-project support and maintenance can be arranged as per the client's needs and may be subject to additional agreements.
