I have worked in Telecomegypt - Product and systems assurance - 2018 - present with the following responsibilities:
- Check the system logs either sign-in , operation , API and Reporting logs to detect Abuse cases and fraud activities.
- Review new systems' documentations to detect the possible revenue risks which may result in revenue losses or revenue leakage.
- Review Business Process documents to find gabs that may be used by fraudsters either internally or externally
- Review new products costs to make sure of the cost-benefit analysis within the scope of cost assurance.
- Create new control points for the revenue streams to detect revenue leakage cases in the revenue stream

I have worked for telecomegypt- Billing Analysis Section Head - 2012 - 2018 with the following responsibilities :
- Check billing system (RBM) incidents.
- Fix data issues using Enhanced Care APIs.
- Design manual work around solutions for incidents till getting fixes from the vendor.
- write SQL / PL-SQL scripts to automate manual work arounds in case automation is required.
- Fix billing error issues.
- support BI team for required business queries.
- write java applications to reduce investigation team of repeated issues.
- Get Business Requirement and design the suitable solution in billing team for new offers / discounts.
