My name is pronounced A-niya Spraggs and my pronouns are she, her and hers. I am a Farmville, VA native and my career as a journalist began when I became an Editor-In-Chief for my high school's newspaper. I have covered the 2018 Virginia General Assembly, in which my articles were published by The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, The Seattle Times, WRIC, etc.
I would prefer to write articles during the day to be submitted by 5 p.m. Because I am a student, I will not work beyond those hours. I would prefer communication via email and if need be, I would not mind sharing my articles via Google Docs to be edited.
