Work Terms

1. Project Scope & Requirements:
I work strictly based on the initial requirements and assets provided. To avoid delays, please provide all relevant details and high-resolution images before starting. Major additions beyond the originally agreed scope will require a new milestone or adjusted quote.

2. Communication:
To ensure transparency and security, all project communication, file sharing, and feedback will be conducted exclusively through the platform's official messaging workspace.

3. Revisions:
Client satisfaction is my priority. I include up to 3 rounds of minor revisions. A "revision" covers tweaks to the submitted design, not a complete redesign based on new concepts. Additional rounds can be accommodated for a small fee.

4. Delivery Timelines:
Delivery times depend on project complexity and will be clearly agreed upon before work begins. I pride myself on fast, reliable turnarounds and will communicate promptly if any unforeseen delays occur.

5. Payment Terms:
All payments are handled securely through the platform's milestone/escrow system. Refunds are only issued if the project cannot be completed as per the agreed scope or due to unforeseen circumstances on my end.

6. Confidentiality:
Your files, business ideas, and intellectual property are kept strictly confidential. I am fully open to signing NDAs for sensitive or pre-release e-commerce projects.

7. Cancellation Policy:
If a project is canceled mid-way through production due to a change in your circumstances, you will be billed fairly for the percentage of work and time already completed up to that point.

8. Copyrights & Portfolio:
Upon full payment, complete commercial ownership of the final designs transfers directly to you. I reserve the right to display a sample of the completed work in my professional freelance portfolio, unless a prior non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been requested.
