•Derive sustainability options for new buildings and existing structures
•Perform energy analysis and thermal load simulations to determine feasible design changes.
•Evaluate the design of building mechanical, electrical and architectural systems by analyzing drawings & specs in terms of energy efficiency and provide recommendations.
•Analyze potential renewable energy sources.
•Develop cost effective green building design recommendations for the clients.
•Monitor external sub consultant/suppliers and subcontractors and ensure their deliverable related to sustainability.
•Review MEP/HVAC systems and operations for compliance with LEED, Estidama, Dubai Municipality Green Building regulations and other environmental KPIs and targets.
