Key Responsibilities

1. Worked for MNC Invista-UK (Accounts Payable Team)
2. Processing the payable invoices
3. Supervision of the payment process
4. Resolving the payment issues within prescribed time
5. Ensuring the monthly payments on time.
6. Internal Auditing and Verification of payments
7. Communicating with European Vendors
8. Responsible for weekly reports of business units
9. Debit balance analysis and reporting to management
10. Review of legal notice and statements from clients and fix issues asap
11. Giving better & efficient customer service
12. Training and supervising the new and present team members
13. Handling files on blocked payment.
14. Identify errors and discrepancies in accounts payable documentation
15. Travel and Entertainment Accounting :
• Concur Administration.
• Credit card Administration.
• Preparation of Various TERA Reports using Excel.

17 Process, update and maintain various routine Accounting Records.
