Work Terms

To ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship, I have outlined my standard work terms and professional policies. My goal is to provide transparent and clear expectations from the outset, allowing us to focus on the successful completion of your project.

Hours of Operation
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. While I am typically offline on weekends and public holidays, I understand that urgent situations may arise. For time-sensitive requests, please notify me in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Preferred Communication Style
I believe that clear and consistent communication is the key to a successful collaboration.

Primary Channel: All project-related communication should be conducted through the freelancing platform's messaging system or email. This ensures that all correspondence is in one place for easy reference.

Response Time: You can expect a response to your messages within 24 business hours.

Meetings: I am available for brief video or phone calls for project kick-offs, major check-ins, or to discuss complex requirements. These meetings should be scheduled in advance to ensure I can dedicate my full attention to our conversation.

Payment & Billing
My pricing is based on the specific scope of each project. I offer a combination of flat-rate pricing for defined projects and an hourly rate for ongoing support.

Project Quote: Before any work begins, I will provide a detailed quote outlining the scope, timeline, and total cost.

Invoicing: For smaller, one-off projects, a single invoice will be sent upon project completion. For larger, ongoing projects, I will send invoices on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, as agreed upon.

Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 14 calendar days (Net 14) of receipt.

Deposit: For new clients and projects exceeding a certain value, a 50% upfront deposit is required before work commences. This secures your project slot and covers initial costs
