I worked as a consultant at Bain with top management of large national and multinational groups in several industries such as infrastructure & logistics, O&G, private equity, financial services, consumer goods and retail.
I participated in engagements addressing corporate strategy, business unit strategy commercial due diligence & valuation, business and financial planning, M&A and spin-off.
Prior to that, I worked for 2 years at Société Générale Asset Management as a Sales and Business Development Analyst and also at Centro Estero delle Camere di Commercio del Veneto in the International Trade and Business area.
Along my career, I have advised 3+ start ups, 5+ entrepreneurs (in health, tech, e-commerce and education) and investment companies (PE and social impact funds) in fundraising, investor presentation, business plan & private placement memorandum, financial modeling and valuation.
