Corporate Finance Consultant
I started working as financial analyst in 2000 serving in some important Italian merchant banks, surveying extraordinary strategies such as M&A duties, project financing and equity/debt issues.
After these experiences, I operated as Finance Director within a renewable energy company in order to raise finance to cover financial need related to greenfield strategies within the wind farm industry.
Since 2009, I started to operate as a financial corporate consultant following several projects and offering also temporary management services.
From May 2013 to September 2013, I acted as a temporary Chief Financial Officer in order to organize the planning and control procedures in a company operating within the e-cigarette industry.
