Work Terms

I am generally available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EEST / UTC+3). However, I am highly flexible and happy to schedule meetings or calls outside of these standard hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
​Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, I prefer working with milestone-based payments (via SafePay). A typical structure for larger projects involves breaking the work down into clear, deliverable phases (e.g., Initial Setup, Core Development, Final Testing & Deployment), with payments tied to the approval of each phase. For ongoing support, consultation, or open-ended tasks, I am completely open to hourly contracts.

Clear, transparent, and consistent communication is essential to my workflow. I prefer to keep all official project management and daily updates within the platform's native workspace. For deeper discussions, project kick-offs, or milestone reviews, I am always available for voice or video calls via Zoom, Google Meet, or Telegram.
