Work Terms
🔹 For Freelance Hourly Work
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Flexible with time zones as needed.
Hourly contracts are tracked using time-tracking tools like Upwork’s Work Diary or Hubstaff.
Weekly invoices are issued with detailed logs.
Preferred communication: Email, Slack, or Zoom.
Response time: typically within 2–4 hours during business hours.
🔹 For Fixed-Price Projects
We operate Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST.
Fixed-price projects are divided into milestones with clear deliverables.
Payment is due upon milestone completion and approval.
We use GitHub, Trello, or Asana to manage progress transparently.
Communication via email, Zoom, or messaging apps.
Weekly updates and demos are provided.
🔹 For Ongoing SaaS/Product Support
Support hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat).
For critical issues, 24/7 support is available under a separate SLA.
Monthly or quarterly retainers can be arranged for ongoing maintenance and feature enhancements.
Preferred tools: Slack, Jira, Zoom.
Regular check-ins and roadmap discussions included.
