Here are a few things I'm doing in my current role:
Concentration in process and system improvement projects; utilizing all metrics and dashboards to reveal areas of improvement and suggest actionable tactics to executive staff.
Responsible for leading cross functional teams that address data integrity through completeness and accuracy.
Stream line analysis’ preformed using VBA and VBS to automate system process.
Create and monitor KPI reports that reflect the team’s progress.
Provide business analysis and process expertise in SAP MM/PLM/BW functionality.
SAP configuration, implementation and support in an ECC 6.0 environment. .
Configure SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflow.
Support peripheral systems and interfaces.
Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives.
Provide primary end user support and solutions
Understanding advanced, integrated business processes; identifying and recognizing global integration consequences. Understand the integration points within ECC environment and with external systems.
Meeting with key users to determine application development requirements, acting as the liaison of the IT Organization and the end users to insure requirements and progress are communicated accurately.
