My name is Alex, I´m almost 40yo and since 2015 I live in Netherland.
I can speak english, spanish and basic french.
I´m architect and I have more than 10 yr experience working/running my own small building design company, before I left my country.
Now, I´m open to new experiences aswell ( works&jobs) and I´m sure that my former experience can help somehow.
I`m also interested in floating housing, SIP solutions, cutting-edge technologies/materials, 3d printing, cad-cnc, design&prototyping
Work Terms
I think that following the next steps will lead to the best results, but i`m also flexible/open to other working proposals
step1
for the sketch according to (.*) i`ll charge 500euros and it will include: plans, elevation, cross-section and one revision free of charge (the result in max.5 days from launcing the order and providing the info`s)
step2
for the 3d-model and basic render i`ll charge 700euros and it will include: 4 views of the 3d model, one short animation 360 degrees around the 3d model and one revision free of charge
-the rest of the modifications (revisions) will be charged with 50euro/revision
-for the consulting i`ll charge 50euro/hour but i can work quite fast in an interactive work&chat on skype
step3
for the technical drawings, i`ll charge 20 euros/m2 for all the architecture documentation (text, drawings and some necessarly technical details) and it will include all the revisions for the authorisation phase

-the location (google earth link)
- urbanism reglementations (urbanism plans/certificate/documentation)
-land information (topographical study&geologycal study)
-perspective photos and aerial photos (if it`s possible) of the site
-theme description (text only) about general description of the functionalities (rooms/surfaces/style)
-what materials do you prefere to use for construction&finishing
-other informations which can be usefull as input in order to obtain the best result (for example your dreams about your future place for living (home) but focusing on athmosphere, general enviroment, special requests etc (text description, not drawings/sketches)
