Writing in both creative and professional capacities. Editing for both general content and technical issues with spelling, formatting, punctuation, etc (copy editing).
I will be a Ferris State University graduate in May of 2018 with a BA in English, and minors in both professional and creative writing. I am the President of the FSU English Society student organization, and a member of the international English honorary, Sigma Tau Delta. I have three years of experience working specifically with journalism, two as a writer and one as a copy editor. I have also spent one year as a student writer intern for the Communications and Marketing Office at Alma College. My ultimate goal is to work as an editor of young adult fiction in a publishing house.
My preferred form of communication is via email. I would prefer to be paid at least half in advance, however, I will accept full payment within two weeks of finishing the work.
