Hi, my name is Alexis Krizia Veloso. I’m 26 years old and currently residing in Palompon, Leyte. I took up Bachelor of Arts in Communication and graduated in Palompon Institute of Technology.
I am a music lover and my past time is either strumming the guitar, playing drums and sometimes watching koreanovelas.
About my working experience, I have 6 months of experience as an office-based call center agent, and 2 years of extensive experience as a home-based phone agent and appointment setter.
During my past work, I was responsible on calling active prospects, data gathering, and setting appointments to customers. I also have much experience for 5 years doing data entry like processing customer’s requests, inquire and tracking code of products, scrap data from different types of websites, collect emails and other administrative tasks.
