Equipped with solid experience in Recruitment, Instructional Design, Content Writing, Training and Organizational Development, I have designed and facilitated programs for Customer Service Training, Product Training, Employee’s On- boarding as well as programs for Service Selling Skills to name a few. I have been a part of the core team strategizing several manpower optimization efforts and training programs for the retail operation. My experience in various industries has given me a wide perspective on different organizational needs and the many ways to deal with them.
