• Effectively implemented procedures with in the compliance of ISO Standards and customers as in generic Standards.
• Effectively implemented Standards operating procedure and their validation accordingly.
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise company policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Responsible to compiled and coordinate to collect evidence against NCs reported of Surveillance audits customer’s audits, in-house audits, desktop audits and regulatory audits from the concerned deptt with in sophisticated time period.
• Coordinate to establish Quality objectives and their achievements.
• Responsible to prepare departmental SOP’s and their work instructions and job descriptions as well.
• Responsible to execute and follow up non-conforming reported from customers audit/ compliant and in product deviation.
• Responsible to prepare calibration plan of all departments.
• Responsible to monitor environmental issues with respect to compliance of EMS ISO 14001:2015,
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization
• Maintain historical records for documents pertaining to the QMS and ISO compliance.
• Maintain, control and conduct maintenance of the QMS, HACCP document to reflect additions, deletions, or amendments.
