Clear expectations and transparent communication are the foundation of successful collaborations. To ensure smooth working relationships, here are my standard terms:
Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). I remain flexible for international clients and can adjust schedules when agreed in advance. For urgent or high-priority projects, I am open to extended hours as long as deadlines are clearly communicated.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
For fixed-price projects, I prefer milestones to be funded before work begins.
For long-term or ongoing collaborations, I accept weekly or milestone-based payments, depending on the scope.
Invoices are expected to be released within 5 business days of submission.
Preferred Communication Style
I value timely and clear communication to keep projects on track. My preferred channel is Guru’s messaging platform, which ensures everything stays documented and secure. For more detailed discussions, I am open to scheduling virtual meetings on platforms convenient for the client.
Revisions & Collaboration
I provide reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. For larger projects, I recommend phased feedback so adjustments can be made early, which keeps both time and costs efficient. My approach is collaborative, and I treat each project as a true partnership.

All project details and client information are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. I consistently respect deadlines, project instructions, and professional standards in order to build long-term, trust-based business relationships.
