I have extensive industry experience in residential and commercial mitigation and building construction. I estimate loss damages in the Xactimate software estimating application. I have been a certified Xactimate trainer with over 25 years in the insurance industry estimating for carriers, independents, mitigation firms and construction companies. I am proficient in both estimate completion and sketch. My loss estimating experience exceeds 10 million dollar projects and losses for commercial buildings as well as high end luxury homes, multifamily dwellings, condominiums and apartments buildings. I am available for freelance, contract and or part time work. A range of magnitude of cost can be projected for losses based on size and complexity for clients.
