I am a project manager with more than four years experience in system and process implementation. During the past 3 years I have managed deployment of Group CRM systems in two different companies across more than 20 countries.

Successful project delivery has required not only good ability to plan and manage various work streams and teams, but also the ability to understand and translate current and future business needs to the technical team.
