Hi, I'm Amanda.
I'm a Finance professional, Program Manager, and operations leader with a passion for helping businesses get organized, understand their numbers, and make better decisions. Over the last decade, I've worked in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, project management, construction operations, and healthcare revenue cycle management.
My professional experience includes bookkeeping, account reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, WIP reporting, payment posting, denial management, and process improvement. I've worked with platforms including QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Epic, Centricity, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Vision, Amkai, and HST.
What makes me different is that I've worked at every level—from hands-on transaction processing to leadership roles managing large teams and complex operations. I don't just understand how to enter data; I understand how financial information impacts business performance, profitability, and long-term growth.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mother of three, and currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Finance while working full-time. I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing priorities, managing budgets, and finding efficient solutions when resources are limited. That perspective helps me connect with business owners who are wearing multiple hats and need someone they can trust.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at the gym, working in my garden, tackling a home improvement project, or spending time with my family. I enjoy problem-solving, building systems that work, and helping people find clarity in situations that feel overwhelming.

• Access to accounting, financial, payroll, or other business systems will only be requested when necessary to complete agreed-upon services.
