I am a last year PhD student in social sciences. Just need to raise some funds untill I defend my thesis. I can do writing, statistical analysis for primary data, coice over in English Urdu.
I did freelancing some 4 years ago. I used to be a content writer. Then I started job and my PhD degree. That means I got financial stability and a busy schedule as well. I did teaching in national and international universities. Taught: Business Intelligence, Operations Management, Management, Strategic Leadership, and Research Methods in Social sciences. My research is on Sustainable Development Goals of Pakistan concerning brain drain in the financial sector of Pakistan.
These days I have submitted my thesis for evaluation and I am staying at home after year. But staying idle and not receiving any credit transaction in my bank account is a night mare for me. So I Thought to switch back to freelance platform to generate earning from the comfort of my home. I am up for long term commitments as well if the work hours will adjust to my normal routine and the task is interesting to me.
Competitive advantages I think I have:
Authenticity: I rarely got a similarity index report of more than 5 % in any of my written manuscript. I read, read, and read before writing. Being a mature writer in academic career I am well aware of the challenges, if you copy someone's else work.
Punctuality: I can stress myself to meet the deadline, my supervisor always told me that the only excuse for a late submission is *if I die* and If I die obviously in case of my Cutting short I will definitely deliver work in time.
Creativity: I am that one person, who writes long posts on facebook on a cup of tea and a beautiful evening. So do not worry I can easily try to write on any mundane topic and make it interesting.
Work Terms
Clear terms of project are necessary for me.
Time, rate, expectations, number of revisions required should be explained clearliy amongst the parties before signing up a contract.
