Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I provide flexible support to clients worldwide. My standard availability is Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (GMT+5), with the ability to adjust hours to overlap with US, Canada, UK, and Gulf clients. Urgent tasks can be accommodated upon request.

Payment Terms
All projects are managed and paid securely through Guru’s SafePay system. For hourly work, I use Guru’s time-tracking tools to ensure full transparency. For fixed-price projects, I prefer milestones tied to clear deliverables (e.g., bookkeeping cleanup, monthly rent reports, reconciliations, property listings).

Preferred Communication Style
I believe in proactive, clear, and timely communication. I am comfortable using:

Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams (for meetings & training)

Slack / WhatsApp (for quick daily check-ins, if needed)

Collaboration & Reporting
