Work Terms

🔹 Availability:
I’m available for both short-term and long-term projects. I respond within 12–24 hours and deliver updates promptly.

🔹 Communication:
I prefer to communicate via Guru messages or email. Regular updates with progress screenshots will be provided.

🔹 Payment Terms:
Fixed-price and milestone-based payments are preferred. I use Guru’s SafePay system for secure transactions.

🔹 Revisions:
1–2 revisions are included depending on the project size. Extra revisions can be added as needed.

🔹 Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the scope — usually between 2–7 days. Express delivery is available upon request.

🔹 Files Delivered:
Final files can be delivered in JPG, PDF, and source formats (SketchUp, DWG) as agreed.
