Web research, data mining, data entry and market research expert with finance and BPO/KPO experience

I am a professional in web research, data mining, data entry and market research with finance and BPO/KPO experience. I also have expertise in working on Microsoft Word\Excel other organization specific financial platforms such as Finacle, Rufus, Qtas, EFTS, RTGS, BCTS and Amlock. I have worked with reputed institutions for more than 6 years in various parts of India and Bahrain.

Played a key role in migrating a client, that is EISS (Energy Industries Superannuation Scheme) from Australia into our process (Australia Transfer Agency) by setting up the systems for new financial transactions and reporting, organizing training sessions for new joiners via ‘i Quest’ , documenting key stroke procedures of new clients and coordinating with the Australia team in Melbourne.

I was presented with the ‘Rockstar Award’ in my previous organization for excellent performance and client satisfaction. I have successfully migrated various clients in my organization and maintained an excellent record of stabilizing the project within the company.

I have a Masters degree in Economics from Ferguson College which is one of the top 10 colleges in India. I am also a certified Financial Adviser from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK.

In addition to this, I am fluent in speaking and writing English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani. In my previous organizations I have gained a reputation for being accurate, honest, efficient, reliable and a quick learner.
