Paralegal with EXTENSIVE Administrative Assistant Experience

I am fairly new to Guru; however, I worked as a Paralegal for over 13 years, and in that time, I wore every hat around the office imaginable, other than Attorney. I have worked as a Paralegal at both small and large law firms, as well as for Sony/Columbia Tri-Star Pictures in Los Angeles, Portland General Electric Company (PGE) in Portland, Oregon, and Healthcare Corporations of American (HCA) in Nashville. I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Western Kentucky University, where I received my Government/Pre-Law degree, with a minor in Business Administration. In college, I worked at the Teaching Assistant for the Computer Information Systems professor, where I taught the labs, as well as made up the exams; therefore, I am EXTREMELY proficient in both Windows and Mac, and I am Microsoft Office Suite Expert. Furthermore, I can type 80 wpm, which comes in handy for those projects requiring large amounts of data entry or transcription.

A fun fact about me....I had perfect attendance Kindergarten through College (I never even missed one college class), so you know I'm dependable. I am both creative and hyper-intelligent, so you can count on me to figure out a way to complete even the most insurmountable project...or to just properly format that document you know we have all received with hideous, embedded formatting.

Work Terms

I’ll start by getting as detailed a description from you as possible, and then return at least a partial draft for your review within 24 hours. I always offer unlimited revisions. I work on lightning fast turnaround times, and since I’m in the US (Central Time), I’m always available for communication on your schedule through the entire process via email, IM, Skype, or phone.
