Work Terms & Conditions

1. Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT +5.30

Weekends/ Holidays: Closed (Unless Prior Arrangement)

Urgent Projects: Available outside hours for an additional fee (25% rush charge).

2. Payment Terms:

Pricing: Flat fee per project OR hourly rate of $ (Dollar) or INR

Deposit: 50% upfront for new clients (non-refundable).

Final Payment: Due within 5 days of delivery (via PayPal/Stripe/Bank Transfer).

Revisions: 2 free rounds included; additional edits at $3/hour.

Late Payments: 5% fee applied after 7-day grace period.

3. Preferred Communication:

Primary: Email mishraa16@gmail.com for formal requests/contracts.

Quick Updates: WhatsApp/Slack (for approved clients only).

Meetings: Scheduled via Calendly (no unscheduled calls).

4. Delivery & Process:

Standard Turnaround: 5-7 business days (express delivery +30% fee).

File Formats: Print-ready PDF + editable source file (AI/INDD) upon request.

Approvals: Client must confirm final proof before print/delivery.

5. Revisions & Refunds:

Changes: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds: Only for unfulfilled services (deposit excluded).

6. Intellectual Property:

Final artwork rights transferred upon full payment.

Source files require an additional fee (if not included in the package).

7. Confidentiality:

All client data/projects kept private (NDA available upon request).
