- Design and implementation of commercial spaces: beauty salons, offices, and public areas up to 500 m²
- Full project management: planning solutions, concept development, selection of premium materials, furniture, and lighting, selection of project colors, approval, preparation of working documentation, and final decor
- Selection of suppliers and craftsmen (handicraft and custom-made), creation of custom interior items, coordination of drawings of furniture production, coordination of several dozen contractors during supervision and completion
- Professional background in the field of design and construction engineering ensures precise
integration of the concept and technical implementation at all stages of the project
- Management of project budgets and cost optimization
- Managing a team of up to 10 people (designers, drafters, 3D visualizers, and a materials coordinator), coordinating dozens of contractors during construction supervision and materials procurement, experience managing 7–10 projects simultaneously

- Building long-term relationships with private clients, repeat orders, and working with multiple generations of families

Work Terms

When ordering a service package, payment is made in installments. Each installment includes a down payment and a final payment.
