Civil Engineer | Structural & Hydraulic Design Specialist | LiDAR & UAV Geomatics | ACI 318-25 • AISC 360 • HEC-RAS
PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Results-driven Civil Engineer with a strong technical background in the full project lifecycle—from high-precision UAV Photogrammetry and LiDAR data acquisition to advanced structural and hydraulic modeling.
My experience includes serving as a technical consultant for the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Ecological Transition (MAATE), where I specialized in the rigorous review of hydraulic studies and infrastructure compliance. I excel at transforming complex field data into optimized, code-compliant engineering solutions using industry-standard software and international regulations.
CORE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Structural Engineering: Advanced modeling and seismic analysis of reinforced concrete and steel structures (up to 4 stories) using CSI ETABS. Full compliance with ACI 318-25, AISC 360, and regional codes (NEC-15).
Hydraulic & Hydrologic Engineering: Comprehensive design of pressurized water supply networks and technified irrigation systems using Bentley WaterGEMS/WaterGIS. Expert in flow, pressure, and pipe diameter optimization.
Applied Geomatics: Specialist in processing LiDAR point clouds and drone-based photogrammetry for land-use planning and geohazard detection (landslides). Proficient in ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Technical Research: Published researcher in the ISPRS Archives regarding remote sensing and spatial information sciences for disaster risk management.
Work Terms
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
Final Output: Deliverables include PDF technical reports and standard CAD files (.DWG, .DXF).
Source Files: Native software files (ETABS .EDB, SAP2000 .SDB, WaterGEMS .WTG) are provided only if explicitly agreed upon in the contract.
Code Compliance: All designs follow ACI 318-25, AISC 360, or NEC-15 standards as requested by the client.
2. Communication & Availability
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (GMT-5 / ECT).
Response Time: Messages are typically answered within 12–24 hours.
3. Revision Policy
Included Revisions: Each project includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions (e.g., slight geometry changes, annotation updates).
Out of Scope: Structural redesign due to a change in the architectural layout after the initial design is started will be billed as an Additional Service.
4. Payment Terms (Milestones)
For fixed-price projects, the following Milestone Schedule is applied:
Milestone 1 (20%): Preliminary Data Collection & Hydrologic/Structural Modeling Setup.
Milestone 2 (50%): Draft Design Submission & Technical Review.
Milestone 3 (30%): Final Documentation, Sealed Drawings (if applicable), and Project Closure.
