Work Terms

WORK TERMS – FREELANCE ARCHITECT
1. Scope of Work

Freelance architect will provide design services including conceptual design, schematic design, detailed drawings, and/or 3D visualization as mutually agreed in the project brief.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a written approval and may incur additional fees.

2. Deliverables

Deliverables may include:

Concept sketches

Floor plans and elevations

Detail drawings

3D renderings or animation

Technical specifications

Final deliverables will be submitted in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

3. Project Timeline

The project timeline will be outlined in the proposal and agreed prior to project commencement.

Delays caused by late client responses, revisions, or added tasks may result in timeline adjustments.

4. Revisions

The project includes [x] rounds of revisions (umumnya 2–3).

Additional revisions outside the agreed number will be charged at an hourly or fixed fee rate.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

A down payment of [30–50%] is required before work begins.

Remaining fees will be invoiced upon milestone completion or final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable for completed work or ongoing phases already delivered.

6. Communication

Communication will be conducted through agreed channels such as email, messaging apps, or scheduled calls.

The client agrees to provide timely feedback to avoid delays.

7. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide accurate project information including site data, measurements, regulations, and design preferences.

Any changes to provided information may affect cost and timeline.
